How many of us have been scared to death by something or someone in our lives?...
You got that right! All of us!
When we look into the heart of the matter we can see the part we are missing, the part we need to release to make everything turn out right. Give it to the Lord and He will cast it away into the depths of the sea.
Truth be told I actually had an experience like the one portrayed above in my dream and I'll never forget it.
I had a lot of problems growing up and I never really fit in, so I kept having this recurring dream where I'm trying to run away from school and something's always reaching out and grabbing me.
Then one night as I was dreaming about being on the play field and beginning to run away again, when two small boys came over to me and ask me where I was going.
I said that I wasn't good enough to be with them so I was going to leave.
"Why?"
As simple question but a powerful one and then I felt a warming presence surrounding me. It was Jesus, his arms of love encircled me as I continued to walk away (with the "two" boys following me pleasantly)
I replied "because I'm not worth your time."
"Why?"
Again the same powerful question was put to my ears
I thought for a moment and then smiled
I'm getting choked up
And from that night on I've never had another one of those dreams.
I'm so glad that I have someone to watch over my steps by day and my dreams by night. It truly brings peace to my soul.
Thank you Famosity, your art is truly inspiring, uplifting and comforting. Keep doing what you do so well, painting joy into our hearts!
